The NBA stars are some of the most popular celebrities on the planet. With their level of fame, they bring an immense amount of attention to everything they do. Some of our most prominent superstars are also fans of other sports. So, just like any other fan, they show up to the events. However, their sighting brings a lot more to the table, and every party involved benefits from it.
Michael Jordan is an avid car enthusiast who boasts an impressive car collection. More importantly, the Chicago Bulls legend owns a team in NASCAR and is a frequent visitor to the F1 races. However, this time when the F1 is in the US, none of the stars have shown up to the event.

The NBA and F1 have been long-time collaborators in more ways than one. While our superstars have often shown support for the F1 events, the two organizations have collaborated in the past as well. Back in 2017, an American company had bought back the Formula 1 group for $4.4 billion.
In 2021, the NBA marked a special occasion in the 75th anniversary of the league. To celebrate the special anniversary and the F1 making its way back into the USA, the two organizations collaborated. They treated the fans with some of the most stunning visuals ever, combining the two worlds.
F1 released concept car designs with color combinations representing all 30 teams in the league. This was just one instance of their collaboration. The USA Grand Prix in Austin is surely something that excites the fans, however, this time around, there is little to no buzz in the NBA world. While there is no conflict between these two giant organizations, the reason is rather simple. The NBA is set to kick off their new season in just a day now. This becomes an instant priority because the fans and the players have been waiting to get back on the hardwood.
