Butler responded, denying the person?s request. The young fan tried to persuade the Miami Heat guard, but Jimmy stated that he would not play without some money on the line. Jimmy asked the fan, ?How much money you got?? to which he replied, ?I?m broke right now.?

Jimmy made it clear to the rest of the people on the court, ?If we ain?t playing for money, don?t ask me to play.? This is not the first time Butler has shown his thrifty side to the world. Back in 2020, when the NBA took place in the bubble, Butler made the most out of the situation by selling his Big Face coffee. He was charging a whopping $20 for one cup of coffee and made around $6000 from NBA players and employees. ?People here can afford it, so ain?t nobody complaining.? said Jimmy on why his coffee was so expensive.
