Amid another injury scare after the Devin Booker and Jaxson Hayes collision, Kevin Durant went on to put on a show against LeBron James and the Lakers as the Suns rallied back in the game.

During the second half of the game, Kevin Durant ended up tweaking his left ankle. He was visibly in pain and could be seen grabbing his ankle plenty of times after that as well. However, that did not stop him from etching his name in the history books.

The entire world got to see both James and Durant turning back the clock to give them a battle of the forwards. Kevin Durant finished the game with 31 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
However, that wasn’t enough to take down the Lakers. LeBron James led his team with a 31-point performance of his own, along with 11 assists and 8 rebounds for the game. Nearly a triple-double.
Both teams had their other star players pour in points in a bunch as well. But only three players from each team scored in double digits. Now, the Lakers will be moving on to face the New Orleans Pelicans.
