While athletes are responsible for their on-court performance, the credit for handling all the other off-court activities – managing players’ personalities and assessing their strengths and weaknesses to devise a good rotation plan, goes to the coaches. Whether a squad is a championship team or not mostly hinges on the type of coach they have.

Deion Sanders just proved this point after leading the Colorado Buffaloes to their nail-biting 43-35 double-overtime victory over underdogs Colorado State. However, even after changing Colorado’s fortune, Coach Prime is still $7,550,000 poorer than the NBA’s highest-paid coach.
