Tyler Herro had been walking on the minefield over the last few months. Apart from Damian Lillard, even stars like Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal also wanted a spot in the Heat franchise. Subsequently, Herro seemed like the scapegoat for the potential trades. Moreover, he didn’t hide his emotions during those anxious situations, he candidly shared his thoughts via social media.
Now that the Dame trade has been finalized, Herro seemed relieved. Subsequently, he is now locked in on the upcoming season in a few days’ time. Ahead of that, he dropped a high octane morning routine video on his IG handle with a caption, “janitor time.” The video featured the star waking up to an alarm at 5 AM and heading to the gym. Followed by practice sessions with a breakfast routine in between. Moreover, at the end of the video, Herro said, “That’s how you conquer the morning, you dawg.”

In response to that, several fans expressed their awe in the comments. However, some fans are still over the Portland trade fiasco. One user wrote, “Bro escaped Portland.”

Following the official announcement of the Damian Lillard trade, Herro seemed to be the most relieved person. He took to his X, formerly known as Twitter, and expressed his genuine emotions. He wrote, “Until next summer,” with a crying emoji and a peace sign. Dame’s Bucks trade secured his spot in the Heat roster for another year.
