Darvin Ham Surrenders To Nikola Jokic In Public And This Could Make LeBron James’ Life Easier

Ahead of the much-awaited Game 2, Darvin Ham blurted out his helplessness. The Los Angeles Lakers have faced all kinds of scrutiny for their repeated failure against the Denver Nuggets. He added, “You got to go out there and tryna be as disciplined as possible, aggressive and consistent and have a next play mentality man. Can’t get disappointed, can’t get discouraged… He is a generational type player, so just got to keep swinging.” Moreover, Ham’s unclear strategy may help LeBron James during the game. It may even lead to the superstar picking up the coaching board during the timeouts. The Akron Hammer had shown a snippet of it in the past, as well.

In January 2024, the Lakers grabbed a blowout 134-110 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. With only six minutes left in the clock, James fouled himself out and subbed out for Austin Reaves. While heading to the bench, he called the timeout himself, leaving Ham confused initially. Similarly, LBJ could take control of the proceedings to end the Lakers’ adversity.
