Jack Harlow Kicks Back With Mark Cuban as Ex-Celtics Star & Others Light Up NBA Celeb Row For Game 5

Game 5 is certainly going to be one of the most talked-about NBA Finals for a long time. And as such, no one wants to miss it! As the game is getting closer to tip-off, TD Garden looks extra bright as celebrities, athletes, corporate big names, and NBA/team alums make their way across the celeb row for the night. The Mavs, to the relief of fans, showcased a strong performance in Game 4, finishing with a convincing 122-84 victory. There is no doubt that the Cs will be coming in hot, as they look to take care of business tonight. With the series down 3-1, you don’t need us to tell you just how epic this is going to be.

As such, the addition of a rather long celeb row is going to be quite the motivation. For example, the Mavs’ official X account posted a video of Mark Cuban, catching up with popular rapper Jack Harlow ahead of the matchup. The caption was Cuban enquiring, “Can we get you some Mavs gear?”. Aside from Harlow, others who have snatched a front-row seat to tonight’s thrilling matchup are former Celtics star, Grant Williams and ex-Celtics as well as Dallas guard and current assistant coach of Utah, Jason Terry. Who else?

Other notable names include Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Maria Menounos, Camille Kostek, Michael Bivins, and Millyz. The Fanatics CEO and founder, Michael Rubin, also decided to grace TD Garden with his presence tonight. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver wouldn’t miss this for the world as Deputy Commissioner Mark Tatum joined him. As the Celtics look to win it all tonight, Boston’s legendary figure, Bill Russell’s wife and daughter, Jeannine and Karen Russell were also among the spectators.

Athletes from other fields include Brad Marchand, Matt Grzelcyk, and Jim Montgomery of the Boston Bruins (NHL). Drake Maye and Ja’Whaun Bentley of the New England Patriots as well as Mercedes Moné of AEW wrestling also sat watching the progress of Game 5. But if you think this was the biggest highlight to start the night, then you might want to go back to the tunnel walk.

Before the tip-off, X was caught in a frenzy of Luka Doncic profile pictures among all Dallas fans. And that was thanks to the Slovenian superstar’s accessory as he walked in for tonight’s game. Clad in a casual black outfit, what immediately caught the eye of fans was his headphones. A subtle take on the sunglasses and headphones that LeBron James had on during an NBA TV broadcast in the 2016 Cavs championship season. Cleveland was down 3-1 against the Warriors when James arrived for Game 5 locked in.

Without wasting any moment, the look quickly turned into a meme and has been used since. As such, when Luka arrived for the NBA Finals Game 5, down 3-1, it was only natural that the meme caught fire again. Anyway, a whole section of Mavs fans on X have changed their profile picture to one of Doncic, wearing headphones and glasses. With the Cs maintaining a healthy point lead for most of the game, Dallas succumbed and ended up settling for the runners-up quite disappointingly.
