The Milwaukee Bucks have instantly become a fan favorite in these past few days. The Portland Trail Blazers traded away Damian Lillard to the Bucks, making Milwaukee a scary sight for the rest of the league. While Dame may not have gotten the destination he requested, he is still excited to team up with Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Both Lillard and Antetokounmpo have very different approaches to the game. And it will surely be a sight to behold this upcoming season as Dame Dolla issues a stern warning to the rest of the league for the two-headed snake that is none other than him and the Greek Freak.

Damian Lillard joining the Milwaukee Bucks may have been one of the most unexpected moves this offseason, but the seven-time All-Star is still eager to try out this new duo with the Greek Freak.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard on the same team will create big problems for teams on defense. Antetokounmpo excels in charging to the rim despite being covered by defenders and still manages to finish with ease.
Whereas Damian Lillard on the other hand is an absolute sniper from beyond the arc. Which will in-turn help the Bucks space the floor. And given Lillard?s range, he can easily shoot and sink shots way beyond the three-point line as well.
So, the question that arises is this. Where will teams focus their defense on? The paint or at the arc? Recently, Damian Lillard gave his two cents in an interview after the Bucks training camp.

Lillard said, ?They?re not gonna allow (Giannis) to come downhill and just dunk every time. Are you gonna clog up the paint or allow me to make nine threes??
Stern words and a scary thought for opposing teams and coaches while on defense.

Is Milwaukee a better fit for Lillard?
Damian Lillard may have wanted to go to the Miami Heat. But in hindsight, this move to Milwaukee may turn out to be a blessing instead. Especially based on the players that surround both Lillard and Antetokounmpo.
Moreover, Lillard may have a better chance at winning a ring in Milwaukee than he did with the Heat. Agreed that the Bucks were previously eliminated by the Heat in the first round but if a healthy Bucks went up against the Heat, the outcome would be a lot different.
