But it wasn’t the first time where the Los Angeles Lakers legend showed his love for Steph.

Likewise, last year, the Big Man went on to call Steph, “best player in the world,” in his podcast, The Big Podcast. However, this time, he surprised his online fans with Curry Christmas special on Instagram.

With only months into the next NBA season, fans gear up for schedules and left trade scenarios in the league. Amid this time, Stephen Curry has had a noteworthy offseason with several accolades off the court. Subsequently, he became the talk of the town. Adding to that, Shaquille O’Neal stirred up the Curry obsession with his IG story.
Several reports revealed the probable games on the opening night and Christmas day. Especially on the XMAS eve, teams like the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, Warriors, and several others are expected to play. Following the news, Shaq took to his IG stories and shared a post which involved a 4v4 match up between the Suns and Dubs. The teams included star players from each side. Notably, the Dubs’ new addition Chris Paul was also present.

Curry bats for the Big Man
In a recent interview with the Complex Sports, Steph praised Shaq’s dominance during his era. He even went on to give up on one of his accolades to Big Diesel.
In 2016, Curry not only collected his second consecutive MVP trophy but also the first person to win with an unanimous call. However, he was ready to accept the fact that he should have been the second to achieve the feat. He said, “I fully understand that I probably shouldn’t have been the first one, I think. The year Shaq won, he was a clear unanimous pick, even though it didn’t work out that way.”
