The Suns had an intense matchup against the New York Knicks on Sunday. In a very close game towards the very end, Devin Booker made the game-winning shot to secure Phoenix’s seventh straight win. His thrilling three-pointer was movie-worthy for all the right reasons.

Even Knicks fans couldn’t hold their awe for Book. His teammates, though, were the most excited. Bradley Beal summed up Booker’s cinematic moment in two words on social media. “Chapter closed!” He truly ended the game on a high note. Kevin Durant was ruled out shortly before the game started. In his absence, Booker was the hero Phoenix needed.

After a shaky first half, Booker started the fourth quarter with a bucket and on a positive note. His teammates were tremendous at closing the gap. In a thrilling back-and-forth with the game that could’ve gone any way, Booker once again side-stepped Julius Randle and scored with 1.7 seconds left on the clock.

Booker had a few weak plays in the first half. Whatever made him gather himself and get into gear in the second half is worth a replay or two.

Tyrese Maxey, who has had his share of show-stopping moments for Philly this season, couldn’t help but comment “D BOOK SO NICE!”, marveling at what the Suns’ guard just did.

It was not only the Suns’ team that was in awe online. Fans couldn’t be gladder to see the coolest moment in the season so far.
