Did Kyle Kuzma go too far with his Trump remark, or is he just speaking the truth?

The recent US presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris took a bizarre turn. Trump said during the debate: “They’re eating the dogs. Eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there.” The former President was reportedly referring to Haitian immigrants, according to Euronews. Trump was criticized by Democrats and Harris called his comments “extreme”. Amidst this controversy, Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma appeared to take a dig at Trump.

“They’re eating the pets. It’s like you can’t make this up!” he commented, shocking fans. At first glance, Kuzma’s comments looked like they referred to Trump’s remarks. However, fans were upset with Kuzma for a different reason.

They thought Kuzma was referring to an incident that happened weeks before the presidential debate. This was when a woman from Ohio allegedly stomped on her cat and began eating it in front of horrified neighbors. The incident led to her arrest on charges of animal cruelty, and disorderly conduct. However, Ohio officials claimed no reports of the incident, adding confusion to the story. Perhaps, further investigations are needed to uncover the full details and identify the incident’s root cause.

However, this uncertainty didn’t restrain fans. One fan commented, “C’mon man! One Google search and you can see that it’s actually happening. You’re smarter than that.” Another said: “They are, bro. Videos everywhere, including police body cams.” There were more similar comments, stating that the incident happened. However, much remains unknown about the incident, and media coverage isn’t exactly clear either.

Regardless, Kuzma is known to make the occasional political statement. He made one recently and it didn’t go well with fans.

In the latest controversy, fans didn’t seem to notice that Kuzma’s comments came after the Trump-Harris debate. His remarks would be shrouded in mystery unless the player himself clarifies later. This is particularly so because Kuzma mentioned in the tweet that he’s expecting a November full of surprises (at least that’s what it looks like!). “What a November we will have lol,” the 29-year-old wrote, a potential clue as to what the comment was really about. But will we ever know?
