Mavericks star guard’s trick shot becomes viral
Luka Doncic, a major player in the NBA, was voted Western Conference Player of the Month in December for his efforts. In a 119-115 double overtime win over the Lakers, he earned his 10th triple-double of the season, with 35 points, 14 rebounds, and 13 assists. Doncic has not only made headlines in the NBA, but he has also made waves for Slovenia in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023. He scored 71 points in his first two games against Venezuela and Georgia. Doncic finished with 19 points, seven rebounds, and nine assists despite playing only 30 minutes versus Cape Verde at Okinawa Arena. His tournament averages are 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. And recently he also drew notice with his viral sideline trick shot.
