The 28-year-old admired the abilities of the 7-time All-Star, saying,?“He can score the ball in his sleep and shoot the lights out.”

“I’m very happy to have him on our team,”?the NBA champion added while discussing the trade. The forward even sent a text message to the former Rookie of the Year as he let his ambitions know. He mentioned, “Let’s get this f***king championship,” in that message, as Giannis had his priorities straight.

The prospect of working within a system such as this reportedly delighted Dame, as this was all he needed.
