It is safe to say that the superstar duo of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard is running riots. They were expected to perform at this level after the Bucks acquired Lillard in the blockbuster trade. Lillard was primarily included in the Bucks squad because others could not support Giannis in his gameplay. He was getting frustrated and even hinted at an exit. As a matter of fact, the Bucks management did all they could, and the rest is history.
Giannis has been making quite the news from the start of this season. From scoring a mind-boggling 54 points to getting ejected after a dunk celebration, he has witnessed it all. In the last match against the championship contender Dallas Mavericks squad, he managed to present a powerful performance. He scored 40 crucial points, with 15 rebounds, and 7 assists in the Bucks’ win. They won by a score of 132-125. But is the Greek Freak playing tonight, as the Bucks take on the Washington Wizards?

The “Freak Time” to win his fifth straight game?

After defeating Luka Doncic’s Mavericks, the Bucks registered their fourth straight win this season. They are looking to make it fifth, in the next match. Doncic and Irving tried their best yesterday, by scoring 35 and 39 points, respectively. Giannis and Lillard well countered it, with the latter’s impressive 27 points, with 12 assists, and 3 rebounds.
Although the Bucks is a fan-favorite, the championship has just commenced and almost the major part of it is left. Things can go either way, and they need to hold their nerves till the end. It is evidently clear that they are eyeing for it.
