After months of anticipation regarding the landing spot for Damian Lillard, the Portland Trail Blazers have finally pulled the trigger. Damian Lillard gave his entire career so far to the Portland Trail Blazers. Lillard stayed loyal to the Blazers through thick and thin and tried his best to bring a championship to Portland with the cards he was dealt.
Now, after the Blazers supposedly went into rebuilding mode, Lillard expressed his interest not to be part of it. He requested a trade to the Miami Heat but after months of waiting, there was no movement whatsoever.
With no development with the Heat, the Blazers took part in a three-team trade involving the Phoenix Suns to send Lillard to the Bucks. And 55-year-old analyst Stephen A. Smith is certainly not happy.
In the most recent episode of The Stephen A. Smith Show, the veteran analyst shared his displeasure. He opened the show by saying, ?A blockbuster trade has taken place in the National basketball Association. That?s the good news.?
?The bad news is I have no expectations of being in Miami come June. Damn I?m pissed.?
