This match-up will be a homecoming of sorts for Kevin Durant, who played three seasons with the Nets. It was recently announced that fans plan on playing a tribute video for him. However, Durant felt like he did not deserve it. It is safe to say that his stay with Brooklyn was less than ideal, ridden with injuries and overall bad performances. With him playing at Barclays, it will be interesting to see how things unfold.

With a record of 19-27, the Nets have been putting up a determined effort in their recent games. The Suns may be in a better spot and with their healthy ‘Big3’ they go into the game as favorites. And history is on their side.
