Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic never fails to bring a smile to his fans’ faces whenever he can. The 6’11 Serbian left to celebrate with his family after playing a pivotal role in helping the Denver Nuggets win their first-ever NBA championship.

A grounded and humble person, Jokic is a general favorite. His laid-back personality and hilarious sense of humor make him a unique player. Even with multiple achievements coming his way, the 5x All NBA-Star Nikola Jokic has remained humble. It’s easy to lose your head with the fame and wealth that being an NBA player brings. Especially with the recent win. The Nuggets beat LeBron James‘ team, as well as Jimmy Butler’s, to grab the NBA title. But the family man has never let it get to his head.

The Nuggets’ media day was fun, thanks to “The Joker”. Former teammate Mike Miller’s nickname for Jokic has stuck with him to this day. And his fans accepted it wholeheartedly.

Now, Jokic is back again to give everyone a proper laugh before getting serious. The official NBA Instagram page posted Nikola’s media day and the comment box is bursting with love.

He comes in and does the same exact routine every single day, the same shots, the same step-backs, the same fadeaways, the same free throw routine. He doesn’t take any shortcuts. He’s here early. Those shots that he hits … he’s not surprised when they go in, and I think that consistency is what everybody wants to take away from him.

The Nuggets’ coach is also of the same opinion. The two have a great understanding because of all those years of working together. It translates to Jokic’s game as well.
