The year was 2012 and a young Bradley Beal was the 3rd overall draft pick for the Washington Wizards. 11 years and a trade later, Beal’s name is still synonymous with the Wizards. In his post-game interview, Beal claimed that let himself be “a little selfish” in his match-up against his former team. He further went on to state that he wanted to embrace his accomplishments in DC, “from being drafted and growing as a man and player”.
