The Minnesota Timberwolves are on top of the table, having a splendid season with 24 wins and just 8 losses. Not only have they built an exceptional roster, but their rookie stars are also outperforming seasoned veterans this season, specifically Anthony Edwards. Currently, ANT is averaging close to 27 points per game, showing his offensive prowess and aiding his franchise to attain glory. At the mere age of 22, Edwards is taking responsibility for his team. However, according to Theo Pinson’s close friend, who is a hardcore Dallas Mavericks Kam Wilkerson, he would choose Devin Booker over ANT.
He even justified his claims by saying that Anthony Edwards is not in his prime now, whereas Devin Booker is. However, even though he chose DBook, he threw some shade at him.

On the Tidal League podcast hosted by Theo Pinson, Kam Wilkerson a hardcore Mavs fan appeared as a guest. There when Pinson asked him about who would he choose between Anthony Edwards and Devin Booker he said Booker. He said, “I don’t like the guy very much cause I’m a Mavs fan, but I respect his game.”
He even appreciated Edwards saying, “I personally like Anthony Edwards more, but I think he’s next, Devin Booker is now. I think he’s in his prime right now, I don’t think ANT is in his prime yet. I think Devin Booker is in his prime right now so saying who’s next is ANT, but who’s better is Booker.”

Further, Pinson asked him about the difference between Booker and ANT and why he thinks Edwards is not “now”. To that, Wilkerson said that he thinks Edwards is still reaching his prime and not there yet because first, the team was based around Karl-Anthony Towns. Due to that, nobody knows what’s ANT’s peak whereas Booker has a more mature game style. So he said that if he had to choose a player right now, he’d choose Booker, “because he’s nasty.”
