The million-dollar son of the NBA is far from slowing down in his successful journey in the league. Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is only the second active player in the league to have more than 1o signature shoes. Ahead of his 15th season, Curry, who claimed to be in his prime, dropped the 11th edition of the shoe line. Moreover, he sent a two-word message to his 54 million followers on the occasion of the launch.
Steph joined hands with the global sports brand, Under Armour in 2013. Since then, he has been a loyal ambassador of the brand and it’s safe to say that he did transcend the brand to the next generation. Teaming up with the global giant, he launched his first signature shoe UA Curry 1 in 2015. Now, the partnership cruising through it’s eleventh edition, Curry 11, which was officially launched on Monday.

So far the preseason games have gone in favor of the Dubs. They clinched all three games comfortably, leaving the fans to anticipate another ring in the pipeline. However, things got even merrier when the Dubs superstar Stephen Curry launched his new sneaker ahead of the season opener.

The superstar took to his Instagram stories and shared the picture of Curry 11 and dropped a two-word message. It read, “Cop ’em,” with a fire emoji. Earlier, Steph had already raised the anticipation for the upcoming season with his ‘prime’ statement. He said, “I’m in the prime of my career,” during an interview in the offseason, reported Bleacher Report. Now, with the launch of his new kicks, fans are going gaga in the internet world.

Moreover, this isn’t the first glimpse of the new release. A bunch of upcoming ballers had their hands on the 11s. During the 8th annual Curry Camp, Steph surprised everyone with a pair of Curry 11 each and a jacket.

Furthermore, the $2.94 billion rich Under Armour recently announced a massive deal and extended their future the superstar.
Curry’s future with Under Armour
After a decade-long journey with the brand, Steph looked to take his relationship to another level. In 2022, several reports suggested that the Baby-faced Assassin was looking to crack a billion-dollar lifetime deal with Under Armour. Later in March 2023, it was confirmed that the superstar had signed a lifetime contract with UA beyond his career. He would also hold a substantial share in the company and sit in the office as the President of the Curry brand.
