Sin City saw a number of celebrities drop in for the Boston Celtics-Los Angeles Lakers game and Angel Reese was one of them. She accompanied Jaylen Brown and his rumored girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick, to boost the star power! However, a picture of the trio has gone viral because it seemed like the couple’s supposed date night, with Reese tagging along.
While the NBA season concluded almost a month ago, the 2K25 Summer League is now making waves, bringing in a throng of young and aspiring players to compete in Sin City. This series has also allowed seniors to come in and enjoy as spectators, as made evident by Jaylen Brown’s recent appearance.
But coming back to the WNBA stars, Reese and Kysre Gondrezick were teammates for a short while after the latter was asked to return to Chicago Sky after getting waived in 2022. Unfortunately, KG only appeared in five games before being waived again. Having been friends with the 26-year-old for quite some time now, Reese was certainly upset at the exit and wrote on X, “I miss you man (crying emoji) @KysreRae.”

However, not being on the same team hasn’t stopped them from continuing to hang out. Unfortunately, in doing so, this might have hilariously interfered with some private time that the NBA champion was looking to spend with his rumored beau.

With the 2024 Finals MVP not expected to head to Paris for the Olympics, he seems to be making the best use of his off-time, spending it with his rumored better half, watching the young roster of his team in action. However, not everything went smoothly that evening. Brown may have said something that became viral on social media.
Did Jaylen Brown take a shot at Bronny James during the Lakers-Celtics game?
There is no denying the fact that Bronny, the newest addition to the Lakers roster, has been struggling. On his summer league debut, the player only added 4 points to the overall score. He reached his All-Time high during a matchup against the Houston Rockets, which only went up to 8. With a low field goal percentage and zero three-pointers to his name by the time he went up against the Celtics, Jaylen Brown seemed to have noticed the same. And he may not have held back in sharing his opinion.
In a clip now going viral, the NBA player could be captured attentively watching the game alongside Kysre Gondrezick, while Angel Reese was busy on her phone. Later on, he turned towards the women and said something that briefly captured their attention. After a lip-read, and several reports, it was reported that Jaylen Brown stated, “I don’t think Bronny’s a pro!”
Yikes! Also, it may not have helped the case when both Gondrezick and Reese slightly shook their heads in agreement. However, Brown took to X to share his thoughts on the video and wrote, “It’s a flex to have your son alongside you in the nba it reflects greatness and longevity !Bronny has all the tools around him to be successful I look forward to watching his growth.”
The Celtics-Lakers matchup also did not seem to be working in the 19-year-old’s favor. During his initial 21 minutes of play, Bronny only made 2 points through a 1-5 shooting. While his defensive prowess has been well-spoken about over his offense recently, he could only accumulate 3 rebounds and 1 assist within that time span.

Bronny himself admitted to being in a “shooting slump” in a recent statement. While the Summer League allows him to grow and improve, the alleged brutal take from Jaylen Brown may confirm that LeBron James’s son has a long way to go to prove his worth.
