LeBron James and his wife Savannah have been spending a lot of time together this offseason. Recently, Savannah shared a picture of the two on an IV drip, of what looked like ozone therapy, amidst Bron’s rumors of having lunch with Nick Nurse. However, the latter was debunked as it turned out that King James was not in Philly, instead he was in LA spending time with his wife. Another fact of the matter is Savannah’s podcast, Everybody’s Crazy, sadly ended after just six episodes.

The opener was released on 29th April, wherein Savannah would receive calls from her fans. While the actual podcast was based around this idea of interacting with her fans and answering their questions, there weren’t many interested. Following their 6th episode, Savannah opened up about how people had a sense of ‘fear’ calling in. “One thing we’ve learned over the last six episodes…for some reason, people have a fear or a shyness about calling in. And I think we want to hear from everybody”.

“We want to talk to you. That was the point of making this, said Savannah. However, the podcast might just be returning sooner than you think, as seen from LeBron’s recent Instagram story. “Just saying! Call the damn #!”, he wrote, showcasing the podcast’s merch (logo and the contact details for the fans on a hoodie). Looking at the story, it seems that Savannah might be giving it a 2nd chance. Only this time, it’s backed by her husband, publicly. It’ll be an interesting watch, considering their idea would be in place now.

With James promoting the details, there definitely will be a rise in engagements and callers. Overall, the pod received quite a good no. of views, but the numbers declined after their 2nd episode. To oppose the same, Savannah can try somewhat of a crazy idea herself.

Savannah and LeBron James on a podcast would be an episode to watch!

For this, the backend team will have to be extra sure of the incoming calls. With LeBron James joining in the idea of talking to callers, the genre of the podcast might deviate. Though it would only help in farming engagement, initially, which will be a headstart to the pod’s return. The current genre is quite friendly and more inclined towards asking fun questions. On the other hand, if Bron were to join, the whole ‘fun and crazy’ vibe would turn to topics like the GOAT debate, questions surrounding ball, all things LeBron-related.

But this can be altered in a lot of ways. They can consider locking the number of callers, taking in calls through Discord, and having LeBron as a mystery guest. This can help boost the amount of people tuning in. And if all goes well, there won’t be a need to discontinue the show anytime in the future. Funnily, while we talk about a crossover as such, even Savannah has appeared in the Mind the Game, which is Bron’s podcast alongside JJ Redick.

In May, while the two of them were virtually recording, Savannah suddenly showed up the frame, while she was trying to fix her husband’s cap. As LeBron made a funny face after he realized he was not the only one in the frame, his co-host couldn’t help but smile. “Hey, I made the pod. I’m just tryna help!” Savannah responded. That clip was quick to go viral on social media immediately and proved how the fanbase just loved seeing them together in one frame!

What are your thoughts on the new idea? Do you think the couple should have a dedicated episode at least? Let us know in the comments.
