She didn’t really like exercising in the mornings. But even with a routine that initially worked for her, she hit a wall. Back in February, she revealed how she added something new to her fitness routine—Something that millions swear by.

It was a simple exercise. Walking. In an Instagram story, she had filmed her steps with the camera pointed at the pavement, captioning it, “It’s hard when ya head ain’t in it🤦🏾‍♀️.” Below that, she added, “Day 1,” making it clear it was just the beginning, but she was already struggling. All of this came after she revealed in 2024 that she was gaining weight. She even tried out intense pilates consistently in December in order to work on her body.

It looks like she has not only been sticking to her new exercise regimen but is also adding elements that will benefit her in the long run. In a new story on Instagram, Savannah James posted a picture of her health supplements. She overlaid the picture with the text “RITUALS”.

In fact last November, X user Ben Smith broke down the 4x MVP’s $1.5 million-a-year biohacking routine, detailing how he stays in elite shape. His fitness philosophy is built on three pillars: strict nutrition, intense training, and top-tier recovery.

In one tweet, Smith mentioned: “In the latest Netflix series “Starting 5” they revealed his biohacking regimen. These are the exact methods that kept him dominating the NBA for 20+ years.” In another tweet, he mentioned how the 21x All-Star fuels his body with organic foods, avoiding artificial sugars and fried meals. His daily diet includes an egg white omelet, whole wheat pasta, and chicken parm with a glass of Cabernet. For training, he focuses on endurance over bulk, favoring high-rep, low-weight compound exercises.

But recovery is where he truly separates himself. Ice baths, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric chambers are part of his routine, but sleep is king. He aims for 12 hours a night, naps throughout the day, and keeps his sleep environment distraction-free. He usually sleeps in rooms that are 68-70 degrees. Add in stress management, red-light therapy, and compression boots, and it’s clear—LeBron’s longevity isn’t luck, it’s discipline.
