The situation can’t get any worse for the City of Brotherly Love. It has only been a season to forget, as they continue to suffer under the big gloomy cloud called the ‘Injuries’. Joel Embiid, after a delayed start to the season, has again found himself on the injury report. This time, the big man isn’t alone. There are a few other additions, making the Sixers weaker than ever before. Tonight, taking on Nikola Jokić & Co., they look far from giving a tough competition.
Firstly, the 76ers have already lost the competition before the tip-off. We all are aware of the domination that Nikola Jokić brings to the paint. And most importantly, we are also aware of how Joel Embiid managed to put a fight against Joker in the Olympics semi-finals to help Team USA cross the line. However, tonight, the Sixers not only miss Embiid but also two of their backup center, Andre Drummond and Guerschon Yabusele.
So, the Sixers are clearly lacking a specialist near the rim to tame Jokic. Nevertheless, moving on from that disaster, the Philly side has yet another concerning update. Paul George, who missed the last two games with a groin injury, will miss tonight’s game, as the team listed him out.

Paul George & Co. vs the Denver Nuggets: Starting Lineup and Depth Chart
The Philadelphia 76ers have gone to have extent where they are far from getting a repair before the season ends. One of the ideal options that the team can work on is ruling out Embiid for the rest of the season and getting him prepared for the next season. Or else the repeated injuries will continue to bother the team. Speaking of tonight, the Sixers have a 9-man roster and have no option other than rallying behind Tyrese Maxey.
