LeBron James and his family can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Four months after suffering from a cardiac arrest, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar’s son, Bronny James, made his collegiate debut. This event attracted a crowd and the 19-year-old stepped on the hardwood to rousing cheers. Moments after the game, King James penned a heartwarming message to his son.
Several months ago, the James family took to their social media handles and shared Bronny’s affiliation with the USC. The conversation immediately fast-tracked to his NBA debut and playing alongside his father. But, within days, all the hopes were shattered when he suffered a cardiac arrest. From that low point, Bronny has broken the shackles to reach the big stage.

Following the medical emergency, Bronny James went through a lot of medical examinations and physical tests. After the confirmation from the medical team, the James family recently announced the return of the youngster to the court. And the day had finally arrived.
The rising star dropped 4 points with 2 assists and 2 steals. Notably, the performance also included a block that resembled LeBron James’ iconic Andre Iguodala block from the 2016 NBA Finals. Nevertheless, Bronny’s fighting 16-minute game went in vain for the USC side as they lost 84-79 in overtime against Long Beach State.
Despite the loss, the Akron Hammer had a heartfelt long message to his son. He took to his IG handle and wrote, “Can’t even tell y’all how EMOTIONAL today was for me! I’m literally drained and all I can say is @bronny you’re simply INCREDIBLE!! Damn the wins and loses that will occur. You’ve already won the ultimate goal/championship and that’s LIFE!!!”

He further added, “ Proud of you kid and today you’ve given me more life! Thank you and I love you.” James’ words moved a lot of people in the comments. Notably, David Beckham, Ludacris, and several others expressed their thoughts in the comments.
Moreover, it wasn’t just King James, NBA superstars like Dwyane Wade and Kevin Durant also wished the best for the rising star.
