Being in the race business for decades, Kyle Busch understands what it takes to be the best. Being exposed to racing from a young age, he has had a roller coaster ride to reach where he has today. It takes bad days as much as good days to learn and reach the pinnacle of success, especially in a sport like NASCAR. Looking at things from that lens, the Cup Series champion can certainly see his son’s progress as he took a moment to acknowledge how proud he is as a father even on Brexton’s rough days.

The Busch family has always remained close to fans’ hearts, and a lot of its credit goes to Rowdy’s wife, Samantha, who always finds a way to connect with them. Both father and son have an insane race schedule for this year, and the family of four makes it a point to be together, cheering each other up. In light of this, Rowdy has been amazed by the immense talent his son has been showcasing so far. Moreover, it is Brexton’s champion attitude that has won his dad and the fans over.

This past weekend’s Bandolero Bandit races at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway did not turn out well for the seven-year-old. Brexton finished 15th and 6th in the two feature races. Despite the unfortunate results, Rowdy’s post must have cheered the young race up. Rowdy shared a post from Brexton’s Instagram on his story and wrote, “Proud of u son.”

Brexton’s post on Instagram had a lot of pictures of his day. Along with a few track friends, he also had adorable pictures with his cute sister Lennix.

Brexton had captioned his post, “Not the best results on the track but learned a lot, spent time with my family, and had fun with my track friends. That’s still a good weekend in my book. Next up, Millbridge on Tuesday in my Beginner Box kart.”
