Gracie Trotter has been on quite a high in the 2020 season. After her first win in the NASCAR-owned ARCA Menards Series West, her career trajectory took a turn for the better. Now, the Toyota Racing Development driver has taken the next step in her career. To be precise, the Venturini Motorsports team signed her on a 10-race ARCA Menards Series East schedule.

It is worth noting that Trotter will be pulling double duty in 2021. Aside from her stint with the VMS #15 car, she will race with the #25 Mobil 1 Toyota Camry in the ARCA Menards Series. Of course, on both occasions, she will still be with Venturini for the 2021 season.

The 19-year-old will compete at Phoenix Raceway in March for the coming season. In addition to that, she will race at the  Talladega Superspeedway, Toledo Speedway, Elko Speedway, Berlin Raceway, Michigan International Speedway, Milwaukee Mile, and Salem Speedway.

“I couldn’t be more excited,” said Trotter.

“I’m so thankful to everyone at Toyota Racing Development, Mobil 1, and VMS for giving me this surreal opportunity to continue living out my dreams. Toyota has been incredibly important to my development over the last four years. They’ve guided me so much, helping me move up at the right pace with the right people.”

Future NASCAR prospect Gracie Trotter is excited to race in the new season

Trotter plied her trade in the sport, racing late models in the early stages of her career. From there, she moved on to stock car racing in 2020 with Bill McAnally Racing. Over there, she enjoyed a fruitful season, finishing third in the ARCA Menards Series West championship.

The woman has a lot of confidence in herself and her abilities. According to Trotter, she will treat the 2021 ARCA season in the same manner, though it will be a learning curve for her.

Although she has a ride for 2021, her eyes are focused on the future, as well as learning as much as she can about the car.
