Earlier at the Los Angeles Coliseum, motorsport analyst Rutledge Wood decided to have a fun game. He involved NASCAR drivers Ryan Blaney, Chase Elliott, and Bubba Wallace, and even got Dale Earnhardt Jr in on the action; the four were playing a Super Bowl Predictor.
All four drivers had to pick who would win the Super Bowl. Then, all of them would have a run on the track, representing their chosen team. The winning driver in the four-car showdown would see his chosen team locked in as an official prediction.

How did the NASCAR Super Bowl Prediction race pan out?
For this little mock race, Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney started at the front, ahead of Wallace and Earnhardt Jr. Dale Jr borrowed Alex Bowman’s #48 car for the mini race. When the flag dropped, there was plenty of overtaking between the quartet, and it was exciting. Unfortunately, this ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, and nobody could tell who won the showdown.

On a more serious note, both the Cincinnati Bengals and the LA Rams will be hard at work preparing for the clash. The Bengals have never won the Super Bowl, while the Rams won in 1999. While the stats may favor the Rams, there is not a lot to choose from between the two sides. One thing is for sure, many of the NASCAR drivers will be glued to their TV screens when the Super Bowl arrives. After that, it will be time for the Cup drivers to prepare for the annual Daytona 500.
