From a fan’s perspective, it is certainly a memorable occasion to meet the celebrity you cherish. And it is applicable to you, even if you are an established NASCAR driver. Yes! these American heroes still yearn to accomplish their fanboy moments. Kyle Busch is one of them, as most recently he expressed his longing to meet NFL legend, Tom Brady.
This comes after he has already had his fanboy moment meeting his beloved Denver Broncos personality.
Busch has never been shy of expressing his thoughts. While he has met some top players from different sports, Brady remains on his wishlist. He recently shared his views on that after giving a glimpse of his chemistry with one of the NFL greats.

Kyle Busch gets candid with his wish to meet Tom Brady before sharing details of his meet with a Denver Broncos legend
The Richard Childress Racing driver recently blessed “The Residential Podcast” with his presence. He was asked if it was a surprise when he came across his favorite celebrity after becoming a big name in the NASCAR world. To this Busch said, “Yeah, I was surprised a lot of that. I can’t say who like, I don’t know really who but like I’ve always wanted to meet Peyton Manning, right?
Rowdy then described the first time he came across Peyton Manning. He said, “You know he came from the [Indianapolis] to the [Denver] Broncos. I’ve always been a Broncos fan so when he won for the Broncos, I think he had an invite from Dale Jr from Nationwide. They were together on the Nationwide deal and he came to Bristol, so I got a chance to talk to Peyton Manning and I had him sign a couple of things for me.”
He then explained another instance when he got to interact with Manning. Busch said, “Then when I went back out to Denver again a couple of years later, he wasn’t playing, but he was on the sidelines. We chatted it up, we talked again.”
Having said that, he expressed his desire to meet Tom Brady someday. The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion said, “So I’ve never met Brady, Brady would be one that would be cool to meet.”
“I look up to a lot of guys you know, I’m a fan of sports in general you know. I really enjoy it when people ask me like who’s your favorite team, I’m like it’s hard for me to say just one.”

It does not come as a surprise why Busch longs to meet Brady. After all, he takes a lot of inspiration from the legendary quarterback.

It took everyone by surprise when Busch left Joe Gibbs Racing to join RCR last year. Given the challenges in NASCAR, many had their doubts about the 37-year-old finding success with a new team at this age.
However, Busch has remained positive about his chances. He even compared himself with Brady and Manning when he spoke to NASCAR near the end of 2022. As per NASCAR, he said, “I’m kind of looking at it as the Tom Brady–Peyton Manning aspect where they left great teams, great organizations where they won championships, and they went on and were able to win championships somewhere else.

“So I’d like to think that I still have that opportunity to be able to do that with RCR.”
