Christmas is that time of the year that makes everyone do all sorts of experimenting, especially with food. Well, at least we now know that the two-time Daytona 500 winner Dale Earnhardt Jr. is always up for some fun. With all the trial and error, what do you think happened? His fans are sure in for some treat.
Dale Jr. recently posted a video on his Instagram where he tried his hand at making a delicious French Toast but with a twist of ice cream. Yes, you read that right! In the video, he said he was inspired by another reel where he saw someone make an ice cream French Toast which he thought he can try for morning breakfast. In the video, we can see him cooking a cloud-shaped bread piece in a pan with some Breyers vanilla ice cream. He said, “And its literally the best French Toast I’ve had in my life. It’s not even close…we used Breyers vanilla, mixed it all up, lil syrup on there… you won’t believe how good this is.”

With those expressions like a child on his face, while tasting the French toast, it definitely looks like they turned out really well. One user commented, “All the years I have been cooking I would have never thought of this. But dang it Junior you got me wanting to try this and use many other flavors of ice cream for this too.” This lucky person got a reply from the man himself, “exactly! It was great. And the sugar in the ice cream gives it a slight crème brûlée effect.”

The Hall of Fame inductee has a lot of feathers on his hat. Starting from owning JR Motorsports, DirtyMo media company, being on radio and TV, and hammerhead entertainment to being a wonderful human and a family man. It definitely doesn’t seem a bad idea, as suggested by fans, for another feather in the food industry added to his hat. What say?
