In the final few laps of the race, both of them were running in the Top 5. The younger Busch was just setting up an overtake on his older brother, and there was just enough room to squeeze past. Kurt believed that there was no room, but Kyle insisted that there was, which was how he got into that position.
As per Kurt’s version, Kyle lost control of his car and ended up clipping him. Owing to that, both of them crashed and were out of the running to win a million dollars. Obviously, both brothers blamed each other for a long time, and their loss was Kevin Harvick’s gain, as he won the million dollars.
