Brad Keselowski will start on pole position for the race weekend after finishing second last week at Las Vegas. Vegas winner Kyle Larson will line up alongside him on the front row. The Michigan native will be desperate to notch up a maiden win in the 2021 season and hit the ground running.

So far, Kevin Harvick is the favorite to win this NASCAR Cup race. This is largely because he has won the race at least four times. However, he has a bit of a mountain to climb from 18th place. On the other end of the scale, a number of drivers have won in 2021 despite starting near the back of the grid.

Safe to say, a win for Harvick isn’t out of the realm of possibility. However, the veteran will have plenty of competition at the Phoenix Raceway. Considering that the Top 10 is packed to the brim with Hendrick, Joe Gibbs, and Penske cars, Harvick has a difficult task. Additionally, Brad Keselowski will not be one to surrender a place so easily. He will be gunning to be the first-pole-to-flag winner of the 2021 season.
