Kevin Harvick is still racing in the NASCAR Cup Series and is going strong. However, that is doing nothing to stop him from training the next generation. Already, his son Keelan Harvick is competing in a few races in the Super Kart USA Winter Series and in the Beginner Box Stock Car Series.
Now, Harvick has turned his attention to his daughter, Piper. In a recent video, Harvick was spotted helping little Piper in a motorized buggy. For her part, the toddler was having the time of her life, as evidenced by her excited squeals. Admittedly, Piper is still too young to actually race, though she is taking baby steps.

Coming to Kevin Harvick himself, the Stewart-Haas Racing driver has had a slow start to the season. In fact, he seems to be the only one on his team who is trying his hardest. This is because Harvick sits well in the Top 10, while teammates Aric Almirola, Cole Custer, and Chase Briscoe are well down the order. To be precise, all three drivers are languishing outside the Top 20, with Custer as the highest-placed.

Can Kevin Harvick improve on his position?
Theoretically speaking, Harvick has the capability of vaulting himself up the order. Although he has not won a race this season, it is still early days, especially since there have been many winners. Also in his favor is the fact that he had a very strong 2020 campaign, coming away with the most wins. Unfortunately, it did not yield a Cup Series championship, but that is another story.
Next weekend, the Cup Series drivers are heading to the Martinsville Speedway for the next race. Admittedly, Harvick has won at the track, but never in a Stewart-Haas car. The last Stewart-Haas winner was Clint Bowyer in the 2018 season, with Kurt Busch also racking up a couple of wins. However, Harvick may have an uphill task from 9th on the grid.
