Yesterday, Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott were running in the NASCAR Truck Series race in Atlanta. During the race, Kyle made a very risky move to overtake Elliott.

In the race, there were many incidents of on-track action between Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott. However, this one was specifically dangerous. Kyle overtook Elliott from the outside and almost made contact with Chase.

However, the driver was successful in his attempt and got away without any trouble. Notably, both the Cup Series drivers had accidents in the race that ruined their chance to take the win. Fox NASCAR posted a video of the incident on their Twitter account.

Kyle Busch won the first two stages of the race

Busch was dominating the race and won both of the initial two phases of the race. However, he couldn’t maintain a safe distance from Jordan Anderson while trying to overtake and accidentally hit the outside wall.

Anderson had hit the side-wall in front of Kyle. However, Kyle wasn’t able to avoid contact as he was running the high line and had no place to go. Additionally, Busch was punished twice for speeding in the pit lane. And he finished the race at P21 behind Chase at P20.

Once more, An late hour error by Chase Elliott changed the result of the race. Austin Hill was only a couple of laps from winning the race with a major lead. However, Elliott lost control of his vehicle and spun. The incident caused a caution and Grant Enfinger got the chance to takeover Hill and took the race win.

After NASCAR’s return Last month, Kyle and Chase’s rivalry have been growing every weekend. Last week, Chase ended Kyle’s seven-race win streak in Truck Series at Bristol and mocked Kyle after the race with his signature move.
