The Unilever brand Hellmann’s has again come to his rescue as Junior’s aunt, Cathy Earnhardt-Watkins, shows the NASCAR community a delicious potato salad to kick off your Thanksgiving celebrations.
Dale Jr’s team, JR Motorsports, has walked the fans through the cooking process of the delicacy. Aunt Cathy showcases her magical work on the team’s official Twitter handle. At the request of a certain fan, they also unveiled the ingredients and the procedure to the world, preparing the fans for the festive season.

As the video begins, Cathy Earnhardt-Watkins says that over the years, she has been the chosen one in the family to kick off the celebrations with the trademark salad. Commending Hellmann’s, a loyal sponsor of Dale Earnhardt Jr and his ventures, she said,
“Somehow, over the years, I have always been voted to make potato salad. But I realized when I started using Hellmann’s the flavor was so unique that it didn’t overpower anything.”

She then continues to flaunt her cooking skills with a perfect-looking blend of mashed potatoes, boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and fresh veggies that go into creating the dish. Explaining the major attributes of the recipe, she said, “The potato salad is all about the taste and the creaminess.”

Well, the way she prepared it looked the same as her description. She added a tip that would make your cooking experience easier: boil the uncooked eggs with some salt and vinegar. Junior revealed that his legendary father had only one preference regarding a juice of choice. Dale Sr loved Five Alive in his drink, and Junior used the classic citrus flavor to prepare his father’s favorite.
