Trauma is something many people, especially racecar drivers, struggle with. And so did Danica Patrick. We have heard her talk about the same in the past. But recently, she might have revealed her path to happiness.

Of course, as a racecar driver, Danica has suffered her fair share of traumas. Whether that be emotional or physical. But we will focus on the emotional aspect, as she recently appreciated Mastin Kipp, a specialist in the field.
In a recent Instagram story, Patrick posted a reel by the best-selling author and wrote, “@mastinkipp is so great at explaining trauma! Which we all have..and holds us all back somewhere in our life. Unless you’re a [Unicorn emoji]”

It’s awesome how she’s using her platform to endorse and appreciate the author that helped her. But that’s not the only way she dealt with her trauma.
Danica Patrick reveals the therapy that helped her through her tough time
We all know that her breakup with Aaron Rodgers was difficult for Patrick. Fortunately, now she has moved on. In 2020, she talked about a very specific type of physical therapy that helped her.
The former racecar driver revealed she started doing The Class which is a cathartic workout experience that guides you to restore balance.

Patrick explained better as she said, “It’s emotional therapy through moving the body, breath, and acknowledging what comes up.”
“In class you put your hand on your heart and lower stomach (sacral) to reset the body between moves.”
“……Today I put my left hand on my stomach…. and the back of my right hand on my back, surrounding the solar plexus chakra, and all I heard was – I got you, I always have. That is the main chakra that lights up on me in life.”
