Tyler Reddick emerged as a dominating winner at the Road America road course. After taking the lead from Chase Elliott, it was just Reddick showing impeccable pace and consistency to capture his first in the Cup Series. Moreover, this win boosts Reddick to 13th in the standings, placing him in the playoffs. But, there is still something that separates him from Chase Elliott and other drivers.

The Richard Childress Racing driver talked about the advantage Elliott, Kyle Busch, and other drivers have over him.

Tyler Reddick was in a Twitter space interview with Alex Weaver. Weaver asked him, “Is there a winning driver left out of the playoffs?”

To which, Reddick replied, “A lot of those questions will be answered in a week or two. We get through Atlanta, we go through Indy. I feel like Watkins Glen is the type of race where drivers with a lot of cup experience, like Chase, like Martin, Kyle Busch.”

“They’ve got a lot of starts there. So, I think they still will have an advantage there.”

Is Kyle Busch Still Struggling?

Although Reddick outlined the advantage Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott have over him, Kyle Busch seems to still be struggling with his car.

After Busch’s radio rant, he talked about the struggles with the new car in the press conference.

He said, “This car is worse in traffic than the previous car. I feel like all the underbody stuff isn’t at all what we expected,”
