Among several offers on the table for Kyle Busch, the most favorable one is Richard Childress Racing. It’s a relief for the NASCAR community but not for the #8 driver of RCR, Tyler Reddick, who is uncertain about his future following year 2023.
The season long struggle for the two-time Cup Series Champion is in its closing stages. The #18 Toyota driver, Busch, has to bid adieu to the Joe Gibbs Racing as well as his manufacturer by the end of this season.

Recently, Kyle Busch tweeted about an announcement which will be made on the 13th September, most likely about his future with RCR in 2023 season.
Naturally, an announcement like this will lead to many questions. Like, “Will there be a third car if Kyle joins RCR? or Will RCR buy or take lease a charter or run Kyle’s car as an open car?”
According to Danielle Trotta, Tyler Reddick said, “I’ll be there next year” in regard to the Kyle Busch press.
With the surety given by Reddick, RCR will now have to spend $20 million as that’s the cost of buying a charter, if the team wants to have both Kyle Busch and Tyler Reddick next season.
The revelation in the announcement by the current #18 driver of Joe Gibbs about his future in 2023 will set course to a lot of changes in the coming future.

Nevertheless, the NASCAR Cup Series driver, Reddick, is eyeing his future well for the season 2024 NASCAR season.
What will happen to Tyler Reddick in 2024?
Still not sure what will happen to the #8 driver of RCR in 2023. But he’s certain about his future in the 2024 season.
As in July, 23XI co-owner Denny Hamlin announced that Tyler Reddick will compete for their team in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2024.

By watching his caliber and the career high of five top-fives in 2022, 23XI didn’t hesitate to sign the 26-year-old.
With being certain about his future endeavors, #8 driver said, “I feel like it’s just the way my mind works. I’m always thinking about what lies ahead,” Reddick said. “I just think it’s important to always be thinking about everything, short-term and long-term. So for me, just those gears never really stopped turning, you know, I’m always thinking about what, what is the smartest move with the lies ahead in the years to come.”
