The Clash at the LA Coliseum is something everyone inside the NASCAR community is eagerly looking forward to. It’s a special event, loaded with special elements, in a special venue, for a special reason – NASCAR is stepping into a new era. And for that occasion, teams are also marking the Clash in their own way, something which Trackhouse Racing also teased.

On their Twitter account, Trackhouse Racing posted a poster of the upcoming Clash with their Camaro, partially out of focus, in disguise.

“Lifting your spirits with a little sneak peek… We’ve got something real special for the Clash. More to come next week,” the caption read.

“..we’re ready to go racing” – Daniel Suarez of Trackhouse Racing Team

Daniel Suarez, the driver for Trackhouse Racing, described how the doubts the team had earlier were mostly concerning superspeedways. But after the recent testing at Daytona, those doubts have evaporated.

“I think we’re ready to go racing,” Suarez said. “Honestly, the racing is going to be, in my opinion, even better than the previous car. So, that’s exciting.”

The Mexican said the Next Gen car was one that “looks cooler, looks more modern,” but more importantly, one that drives good as well. “Honestly, I don’t have one thing that bothers me about the car,” he said.

And as for the Clash at the Coliseum, Suarez explained why he “can’t wait for the race to start”  – “We’re going to be racing in a very historic place. And for me, it’s like racing at home – there is a huge Hispanic population there as well.”
