The holiday season is almost upon us and Toyota has released new merchandise for racing fans. The new merch is from Toyota Racing Development (TRD) and there are a lot of products for fans to choose from. From keychains to hoodies, there are a plethora of items that could be the perfect presents Toyota fans could gift one another, or even themselves.

The holiday season is the time when NASCAR fans can get their hands on newly released merchandise. Several other organizations, including NASCAR and Hendrick Motorsports, have released new products into the market as well.

The TRD merchandise includes items ranging from $10 to $200. Keychains, socks, t-shirts, caps, trousers, and jackets are the items on sale. One of the most eye-catching items is the vintage jacket on sale on the website, priced between $130 and $200. One such jacket, which is brown, has a retro feel with the TRD logo printed on the front and back.

Some of the items, however, have already been sold out. These include jackets, caps, and beanies. The love for Toyota seems to run high this holiday season on the back of a season that saw five of its six Cup cars enter the playoffs.

There are several T-shirts also available on the website. One of the more eye-catching designs is the one with an old-school dirt truck which might appeal to a lot of fans. The apparel costs $100. One of the other attractive items was the patterned double-knee pants. Bright red racing gloves are also available for the price of $35. An attractive off-road rug is also available for the price of $160.

The new car will replace the Toyota Camry TRD after being a part of the Cup Series for 2 seasons. It is the fifth model that has been introduced by Toyota in the NASCAR Cup Series. David Wilson, TRD-USA president, was reported by NASCAR.com as saying, “What’s most important, really, is the process, the commitment that the OEMs have with NASCAR, to make sure that we race what we sell.”

“It wasn’t always that way. It was just since 2013 that we came to this new way of doing it, and honestly, I think it’s still one of the best initiatives that NASCAR has brought to the sport because it’s allowed our fans to truly identify a Toyota Camry versus a Ford Mustang and a Chevrolet Camaro,” he added.
