On one side, we have the fearless speed demon, Tony Stewart, known for conquering racetracks with lightning-fast reflexes. Conversely, we have the lovable group of socially awkward scientists from “The Big Bang Theory” who struggle with everyday interactions. During an interview at the SRX race at Stafford Speedway 2023, the host asked, “One show … not that you guys have a lot of time to sit down and watch television, but one show that you could binge-watch?”

“I’ve been binge-watching it for about three straight years. I watched Big Bang Theory. I’ve seen every episode over and over and it’s still better than anything else on TV in my opinion,” Stewart-Haas Racing co-owner replied as fans started cheering.

Stafford Motor Speedway hosted the exciting opening race of the 2023 SRX Series season. Despite weather-related schedule changes, the excitement continues to build as the SRX Series is set to return to Stafford Motor Speedway later this week.

The venue’s inclusion on the schedule for three consecutive years showcased its appeal and ability to deliver exciting racing action. Fans eagerly gathered at the speedway to witness the high-speed battles that define the SRX Series.

The 2011 NASCAR Cup Series champion found himself facing a dilemma when the race schedules of the Eldora sprint race and the opening race of SRX Racing overlapped. However, Stewart, known for his innovative thinking, unveiled a rather unconventional solution to this predicament – cloning. Sheldon Cooper would have been proud.

Undeterred, Stewart’s team devised an ingenious plan to simultaneously ensure his participation in both races. “So my group was very forward-thinking and created a plexiglass stand-up replica of me. Whoever wins the race tonight, claiming the million dollars, will have my stand-up present in victory lane,” he explained. This creative approach symbolized his support and involvement, even if he couldn’t be physically present.

In a lighthearted manner, the 2021 SRX Series winner also mentioned the concept of cloning, jesting, “So, I will be there, I am just gonna be there but a lot thinner… Man, if they ever get this cloning, didn’t they do it with a sheep or a lamb or something? Farmers ask for that sheep, it must have been a lamb they did because it was a whole different dude.”
