Even though Ross Chastain apologized for his actions and the wrecks he caused during the race at WWT Raceway, there’s more than a big chance that it might come back to haunt him. At least that’s what TJ Majors, the spotter of Brad Keselowski, believes.

In a recent episode of the Door Bumper Clear podcast, the spotter suggested that all is not over between Chastain and the potential enemies he has made.

“I think he mentioned himself, continuously making these moves to do this stuff. It’s eventually gonna bite you at some point. And I don’t think it’s bit him. I just think the guy slowed him up a little bit,” Majors said.

“Like this is the time to make friends and be quiet. You’re just gonna knock out them top fives, a win pops up? You got another? That’s great. Now is not the time to make the enemies. Now is the time to build as many friends as you can going into the playoffs, because you wanna be on good terms,” he continued.

“I don’t feel like it’s over.”

Denny Hamlin had also suggested Ross Chastain will have it come back around on him

After the race in St.Louis, Ross Chastain didn’t waste any time in apologizing for the way he drove in the race. Not only did the Trackhouse Racing driver express his guilt at his actions, he also revealed how just his apology won’t fix anything.

“I just drove over my head so many times,” Chastain said. “It’s one thing to do it once, but I just kept driving into guys.”

“Words are not going to fix it. An apology is not going to fix it. Just terrible.”

Chastain admitted that it’s one thing to do it once, but to do it again, and again at this level is unacceptable, that he’s supposed to be “better than that.”

Despite the apology which he accepted and appreciated, Denny Hamlin, who was one of Chastain’s ‘victims’, hinted that it’s not over yet.  “I mean, it’s good he takes responsibility,” Hamlin said.

“We all have learned the hard way, and we’ve all had to have it come back around on us and it’ll be no different,” he added.
