Kyle Busch was controversially fired from Joe Gibbs Racing earlier this season because of a lack of sponsorship. Naturally, Busch has been bitter since then, but there might be a golden opportunity to make Gibbs regret sacking the two-time cup series champion. Especially after the team fired the driver with the most wins, he will leave a mark on the team.
And the #18 driver just vowed to make it happen!

Joe Gibbs Racing has gained 199 wins in the NASCAR Cup Series. It’s only a matter of time before a driver takes that 200th win and puts their name on that pedestal. And the recently fired, two-time champ confessed he plans on putting his face on that number. Of course, Busch wants to make sure he leaves a mark at the team.
He said, “I don’t know [if] that one more would do anything, really, there is a 200th win coming up soon. That’s significant in itself, a grand number. It would be nice to have my face on that 200th win so they can look at it forever.”

Many even complimented his incredible driving at Las Vegas, “You gotta admit, what Kyle did today was crazy; he spun on his showing that his prime is behind him, climbs back up only to lose a tire off pit road, then plows his way through the field to come close to P2. I don’t love to hate Kyle, I hate to love him.“
