How often do we pause our lives and count the tons of blessings that come our way? Sometimes, it is the little ones who ensure that we take on that onus and learn something from them. Recently, Kyle Busch and Samantha Busch’s two-year-old daughter, Lennix Busch came up with a mantra in life that stood out for everyone.

While the Busch family does seem to be quite positive in their approach to life, a small new learning from Lennix might be the new norm in the family. Samantha recently took to her Instagram account and shared about how she has been thinking of adopting a habit that her little one usually does.

Kyle and Samantha Busch gave birth to Lennix in 2022 and since then, the Busch princess has completely changed their lives. However, this time it was her approach to life that inspired not only Mommy but even her father and beloved brother.

Lennix Busch has been vocally expressing “I am happy” and in most cases, the reasons for that happiness lie in small everyday activities. It could be because Samantha allowed her to cut up a banana, or even Brexton Busch giving her a hug. Speaking of this new habit, Samantha said, “This is a new thing that we’re implementing in our family, brought to you by our two-year-old. So lately Lennix just randomly anytime during the day, she’ll go, I am happy. Mommy I’m happy, I’m happy… and so I was thinking about it and I was like what if we as adults lived life like that? What if little things all day long we verbally told someone like I’m happy? “

Samantha suggested that this is something that she will be doing in life every day from now on, after all, it does work like an affirmation, right? Most of the time we tend to forget to cherish the small things in life. Counting our blessings and ensuring that we do not give up on positivity is indeed very important in life. Seeing her daughter’s zeal, Kyle Busch’s wife has now made this her motto in life too.

Not only has she thought about it, but the best part is that she has already started to take on the teachings her little guru has imparted. Speaking of how it is slowly starting to become a part of her life, Busch said, “And so Kyle, Brexton and I well, I won’t lie, like I am spearheading it, but I’m trying to get them on board.” Samantha then goes on to detail a recent outing with the Busch family when they went for lunch on Sunday and she tried to implement Lennix’s methods. “We went down to Ballantyne Elevation Church… Then we went out for lunch… It was wonderful… I expressed it to Kyle and Brexton, I was like ‘Hey, I’m really happy’.

Samantha added, “I just think like this year my goal instead of focusing on like you know I think just as adults we focus on what’s wrong, what’s negative, what do we have to worry about, what do we have to do tomorrow? Like if we just all focused on why we were happy?”. Samantha’s newfound practice of embracing happiness through her daughter’s lens is a testament to how even the smallest voices in our lives can inspire the most profound changes.

Samantha Busch has been known to spread positivity and give back to the community so it is no surprise to see her daughter embody the same traits. In 2015, the Busch couple launched their ‘Bundle of Joy Fund’ to help couples struggling with infertility who couldn’t afford the cost of treatment. Busch herself struggles with infertility and used IVF to give birth to her son Brexton Busch. This fund is a testament to her large heart and dedication to giving back to the people who need it most. And by the looks of it, Lennix is following her model of positivity.
