All those efforts have paid off with the track’s inclusion in the 2023 calendar as an All-Star race. Safe to say, everyone is excited to see the track back in action once again after so many years. Of course, there are still a few last minute preparations needed to receive the Cup cars. Recently, the North Wilkesboro Speedway posted some updates on social media. Work is still underway, and it seems that it is progressing well. Obviously, Dale Earnhardt Jr has done what he can in the initial stages, so the rest is up to the track authorities. Since the All-Star race kicks off in May, the window is fairly small, leaving just three months to be in condition.
