Dale Earnhardt Jr drops a bomb with SVG joining him on The Dale Jr. Download
Dale Earnhardt Jr is a certified legend of NASCAR and a Hall of Famer. His accolades in the sport of oval racing are a testament to his talent behind the wheel. Even after his retirement in 2017, the veteran has continued to capture the fans’ imagination with his super-popular podcast series and as an analyst for NBC Sports.
Adding more hype to Verizon 200 At The Brickyard is the JR Motorsports co-owner’s recent podcast featuring none other than SVG. Joining Junior and his manager, Mike Davis, the Trackhouse Racing star reflected on how the sport’s evolution has brought more eyeballs and more importantly foreign talents to the world of Stock Car Racing.
Speaking to Dale Jr and Davis, SVG got honest and spoke his mind saying how he has found his new passion in Cup Series. “I just love the style of racing here and yeah it’s been a bit difficult I guess in Australia or a bit different after doing well the last couple of years and the way the sport has changed, its kind of entertaining now to come here and maybe try something else.”
Furthermore, he pointed out the introduction of Next-Gen cars has been a game changer when Dale Jr. chimed in with his take, mentioning how these new-generation cars are miles ahead compared to their previous iterations. “You’re right, like the new Next Gen thing, so its more relative to the rest of the world and independent rear end like it feels like a normal race car when you’re driving around but I’m sure the track’s not going to feel normal, its kind of those things are going to take a while getting used to.
