A huge part of motorsports is the aspect of calm and composure even in the most extreme, most dangerous of situations. Be it NASCAR, F1, or any other form of racing, emotions, and control over them play a big role in the tiny margins between success and failure.

Having said that, you can’t possibly expect a driver to maintain their calm when a competitor is literally blowing smoke into your car, doing burnouts, and celebrating a win.

A win that could’ve been yours if not for a last-minute incident.

Surely, you’d lose your calm, right?

Because that’s exactly what happened in a recent ARCA Series race when Jesse Love Jr. lost his calm against Sammy Smith, for which the former had to be dragged away from the race winner.

This incident led to an interesting flurry of reactions from the fans with one fan comparing what happened to something Kyle Busch would do.

One fan wrote, “Guy took 3 L’s in one video. Embarrassing,” while another wrote, “So that’s what it would look like if someone picked up Ty Gibbs.”

“Such a KFB thing to do,” read one fan’s reaction.

Denny Hamlin’s feud with Alex Bowman post last year’s Martinsville NASCAR race

In a kind of a similar incident as the recent ARCA one mentioned above, Denny Hamlin, the #11 Joe Gibbs Racing driver too made his frustrations with the #48 driver, Alex Bowman of Hendrick Motorsports after the race at Martinsville.

Hamlin felt Bowman did him wrong on the racetrack, so he went on to express his displeasure as Bowman, the eventual race winner celebrated on the frontstretch.

But it wasn’t over as the veteran called out Bowman in his post-race interview, labeling him as “a hack.”

Yet it’d be Bowman who would one-up Hamlin as he picked up the insult and sold t-shirts with that slogan, giving away all the proceeds to a charity.
