During the race, an on-track collision between Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski became a major talking point. With no spotters to provide crucial foresight to the drivers, the situation became challenging, leading to Keselowski getting spun out and Busch taking the lead, eventually winning the race. The race commentators, Allen Bestwick and Matt Yocum acknowledged the difficulty of racing without spotters, with the absence of critical information potentially contributing to the incident. Here’s what the commentators said about the incident.

“Without spotters, this is very difficult because a spotter in the NASCAR Cup Series would have told Brad that he had a car looking inside. And if anything, to be honest, Kyle was there, like Kyle wasn’t going to disappear. But yeah, with no spotters here, that’s really really difficult to make work unless Brad is aware of what’s going on there.”

Several enthusiasts took to the comments section and shared their opinion about the crash. Here are a few spicy comments made by them.

Trying to make sense of the situation, someone wrote, “Brad came down. But to be fair, they don’t have spotters, so he most likely didn’t know KB was gonna be in his inside. Racing deal.”

While another pointed out the history between the two drivers. “Back 10 years ago, Kyle always cut in front of Keselowski, and now the other way around.”

Another reaction was, “Poorly self-cleared, but 50% or more will blame who they hate most, whoever that is.”

One fan supported Kyle Busch and wrote, “Kyle did NOTHING wrong there. Brad spun himself off the nose by coming down on Kyle. Busch was there.”

While another blamed Busch. “I told y’all Kyle Busch never changed. He never will.”

Another fan supported Busch as he wrote, “Brad came down on Kyle, but people will blame Kyle.”

Despite putting in some fast laps, Deegan emphasized the challenges of maintaining clean racing in a competitive environment. She expressed her disappointment, feeling that being a nice and clean driver often results in being taken advantage of on the track.

She spoke to Frontstretch’s Luken Glover after the race. When asked about putting in some decent laps, Deegan said, “We did the fastest lap of the race. I think, and I hate to say it… These cars are good, they’re a lot of fun to drive. This racing could be a lot cleaner than it is right now.”

Continuing on the bit about clean racing. She added, “It s*cks because I feel like I am a pretty nice driver or I at least have been. I tried to be so nice and the nice people me, Brad, Bobby. Bobby’s really nice on the race track. He races super clean… Nothing crazy. But like those are the people who get taken advantage of… I think Brad’s wrecked every single race here… It s*cks because you have to race like an a**hole in order to not get wrecked.”
