Home/NASCAR

Regardless of his false persona among a group of NASCAR fans, Bubba Wallace is known to be a pretty solid guy within the NASCAR community. The 23XI Racing driver is a fun-loving, metal-listening drummer who has maintained friendships with the drivers who started their racing careers with him.

One of those drivers is Trackhouse Racing’s Daniel Suarez, who inarguably had the best year of his professional life with his first NASCAR win at Sonoma.

However, for Suarez, 2022 has gotten even better on the personal life side of things as well.

The thing is, the Mexican driver has been in a relationship with Julia Piquet, the daughter of Formula 1 legend Nelson Piquet, for quite some time. And it’s only recently Suarez revealed that they’re taking the next step together in their relationship.

The Trackhouse Racing driver posted a “full send” picture on his social media in which he could be seen on his knee, proposing to Piquet.

This was something that Suarez’s pal, Bubba Wallace, was also pretty psyched by. The Kansas race winner reposted the #99 driver’s post on his story and wrote, “Let’s goooooooo!!!!”

It’s also worth mentioning that Wallace himself will soon tie the knot with his fiance, Amanda Carter.

“Every time I’m racing him, I give him the finger,” Suarez said according to NESN. “We’re good friends, and a few years ago, we had a big fight because he gave me the finger, and then it kind of became a joke after that.”
