Of course, the driver could not resist channeling his inner Oscar Piastri, as that joke is not dying any time soon.

He wrote on Twitter,It has come to my attention that rumors have been circulating about a potential multi-year extension with 23XI Racing and I. I’d just like to be the first to address that those rumors are completely true. LETS GOO!”

Naturally, social media was thrilled at the news of the #23 driver being back once again. Of course, there were plenty of people who took note of his cheeky dig at the Piastri saga and cracked jokes of their own.

A lot of the digs were aimed at the McLaren Formula One team, as there are so many driver names associated with that team.

All jokes aside, the congratulatory messages poured in for the driver. What this also means is that Wallace will partner with Tyler Reddick from the 2024 season onwards. Admittedly, there is not much news about Kurt Busch’s future, especially since he has missed several races. This was because he is still recovering from his accident at the Pocono Raceway.

Hopefully, for the team’s sake, Busch recovers in time for the Playoffs. Otherwise, it will jeopardize his chances of a second career Cup Series title.

Without a doubt, he and Bubba Wallace have proven that the 23XI Racing cars are capable of running at the front and winning. So, the organization is praying that when he does eventually step back behind the wheel, he is 100% fighting fit. It would also help the team get their plans for a 3-car team on track.
